A Premium Module package add on for CareAssist Essentials that allows complete online control of Policy and Quality documents

With our document management you will be able to view, change and save any policy and quality management document that you choose to store within CareAssist.

When changes are made to the document a check-in needs to be carried out to ensure that the quality of the information is relevant and correct before you commit that document to being used as your current policy.

Any past copies are then encrypted and saved within the database to ensure that it becomes a purely historical document and can only be viewed (no longer able to be edited).
