Use the Risk Assessment template to put together your risk assessments and store them all in the home section of the product. The review date will be stored in the home diary and the audit engine will help you monitor that these reviews are taking place. There are no limits to the number of risk assessments you can store within CareAssist or what you are assessing, by using the list manager you can populate the list with all of the risks associated with your own business.
