Invoicing Module Package

The invoicing module allows the user to invoice from the client records for any chargeable item, from chiropody to the monthly fees. The invoicing module allows for split invoicing to cover part-payment of fees from two differing sources with an easy drop down selection for the individual items. All this integrates into the bundled stock control system (Inventory Management Module) for quick population of costing information when you select to add an item.

We also bundle a Personal Account module with the Invoicing module. The Personal Account module may also be referred to as pocket money management as it looks after the personal finance of the resident. This works on a withdrawal and deposit basis with a running balance of the personal account displayed clearly on the screen.
