Standards that govern you, govern us
Regardless of where you run your Care business, you will know that you are governed by the National Care Standards and the different flavours dependant on where you are in the country. This was at the forefront of our project definition when we set out to work with some of you to develop CareAssist.

It was in partnership with 200 care services UK wide that we put the starting points in place. Now we have completed the system and it is being used on our customers' sites there is one overriding factor that continues to throw up new challenges for our software - regulations and any changes announced.

This is where the Audit Engine comes into play. The audit engine acts like your own inspector analysing you 24/7, alerting you to where you have failed to comply with the act. 

Due to the nature in which it does this it allows you to get away from the paper chasing and concentrating on the job at hand. The audit engine delivers the information to you using a traffic light system and listing the faults.
