...can be configured to suit your business needs. With role based security access you can configure how much or how little each member of staff logging in to CareAssist can see or use. CareAssist can also be deployed to best suit your needs.

Single/Stand Alone Mode
...in this mode CareAssist is installed in a single computer in the building. All the information entered into CareAssist is stored on this machine. This is CareAssist Essentials.

Client Server/Networked Mode
...in this mode CareAssist can operate with as many computers as your home can accommodate. All the computers need to be connected together by a Local Area Network (LAN). All information is stored on a central computer (Server) and is accessed by each CareStation. Any information which is entered into a CareStation can be accessed at any other station in the building, assuming you have the correct permissions.
