CareAssist Solutions is a trading name of XP Computers Systems Limited. XP Computer Systems Limited was founded in 2002 providing primarily I.T. support services to businesses nationwide.
In 2004 we started to develop our Care Home Management Software CareAssist. Designed specifically for residential and nursing homes and based on all the latest regulations from: the Care Commission (SCRC), the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI), the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSIW) and the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).
In 2005 we launched CareAssist Solutions with funding from the Scottish Executive to bring CareAssist to the market.
In 2006 after two years of Development, over 200 trials in Care Homes around the country, we launched CareAssist.
In 2007 we launched our latest version of CareAssist for FREE, CareAssist Essentials.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of service and support, and can draw from the experiences of our sister company, The IT Manager Company, which is an IT outsourcing organisation.
We have a fully-equipped training facility on-site in our Bellshill office that uses the latest in classroom technology such as an interactive white board.
We continually make a significant inward investment in research and development to ensure that we constantly deliver the latest technology to our customers.
