Donald McIver
General Manager
After 22 years in the Regular Army as an Engineer/Technician and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Donald joined the company as a Microsoft and CompTIA certified Software and Hardware Technician. After several promotions within the company he is now the General Manager. He is responsible for the Efficient day-to-day running of the business and in addition to this role, is still heavily involved with Technical Support for the company. Donald is usually clients' first point of contact for any technical enquiries. |

Engineering Director
Stephen is a Microsoft and CompTIA Certified Engineer with a vast experience of clients and servers. He is the head of our technical team and is responsible for achieving a high level of support for our customers. |

Christopher Higgins
Engineer
Christopher Higgins has been with CareAssist Solutions for almost two years now. He has studied for a career in the IT industry and is a CompTIA and Microsoft Certified Engineer. Christopher is part of the engineering team, responsible for maintaining, servicing and upgrading the company’s and customers’ IT equipment. |

After four years in the Armed Forces, James started at CareAssist solutions. He is a qualified A Technician. He is currently studying to achieve Cisco Hardware & Networking qualifications at Anniesland College.
